In Binh Duong, this year's Tet holiday, Binh Duong Provincial Labor Federation was allocated 4,000 free shopping vouchers (around 300,000 VND/voucher) from the program "2024 Tet Trade Union Market" through the e-commerce trading platform of Binh Duong, which was organized by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The Binh Duong Provincial Labor Federation said that up to this point, the agency has allocated 100% of online shopping vouchers via the e-commerce platform to the upper-level Trade Unions to calculate and award to workers with difficulties. Through preliminary information, about 2,300 union members and workers registered to buy goods.

According to Mr. Pham Chi Tam - Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, the online shopping market through the website Cooponline.vn of Saigon Co.op, taking place from January 25th to February 25th, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation donated 5,000 gifts, each union members receive a gift code worth 600,000 VND (of which 500,000 VND comes from the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Confederation's budget and 100,000 VND from Saigon Co.op's support budget), with a total cost of about 3 billion VND.
"By giving gifts to union members, they have flexible shopping time, choose products that suit their needs, and the goods will be delivered free of charge at home. With this online market, trade union members who do not return to their hometown can still buy and send gifts to their families and relatives back home. This activity contributes to reducing many organizational costs, reducing travel time and somewhat limiting risks when traveling for shopping" - Mr. Pham Chi Tam said.
In the series of activities to take care of both material and spiritual well-being for trade union members and workers during the 2024 Lunar New Year, the program "Worker's Day - Gratitude Market" with the theme "Encourage cashless payment" to take care of 11,500 trade union members with a total cost of more than 5.5 billion VND, including in-person and online markets.

At the 2024 online charity market, Satra Trade Union donated 1,000 online shopping vouchers (300,000 VND/voucher) for union members to shop on Satrafoods' website from January 25th to February 8th.
Mr. Phung Dinh Dung, Chairman of Satra Trade Union, said that Satra has the advantage of having the Satrafoods system, so online sales are very convenient. Union members and older workers who do not use smartphones or do not know how to update purchase codes will be enthusiastically guided by Satrafoods staff.
According to Ms. Huynh Anh Thu - President of Vissan Company's Trade Union, online shopping is very convenient for workers because workers can buy goods anywhere, without having to go to the supermarket and queue up. Which saves a lot of time.
